Who, What and Where is His Church?

This little study may help to see this I hope and pray.  I also pray that His Spirit of truth will guide each who reads into ALL truth,

Zec 6:12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place,
and he shall build the temple of the LORD:

Yes He sure did and He told us something we know is not going to fail!

Mt 16:18
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

If that is not something to think about I'd like to know what could be more important, IF we want the truth!

Not hard to figure out, I know without doubt what it means.

More scripture to confirm, I pray His Spirit of Truth open this to all who read it,

Eph 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
Eph 2:21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

Heb 3:3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
Heb 3:4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.

1Pe 2:4 ¶ To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
1Pe 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded

2Co 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said,
I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

His Body, His people, are the temple of the living God!

Each and every one of these will have His Spirit of Truth! Christ in us is that Spirit, He dwelling within is our only hope of Glory!

It is adamant that ALL His have the Spirit of Truth,

Joh 4:24
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Joh 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into "ALL" truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

He is dwelling in us and walking in us when we do worship Him in Spirit and in Truth and then we are of His Body, the Temple of the Living God.

If not He cannot be in the midst thereof and so then we would no longer have Church or be a part of His Body, Living Stones.

Living Stones of His Body, Temple, we need and must be! Alive in Him, He dwelling within!

Peter and all the Apostles all were living stones, "a piece of the Rock" and here is some explanation,

Joh 1:42 And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said,
Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.

Petros pet'-ros
apparently a primary word; a (piece of) rock (larger than 3037); as a name, Petrus, an apostle:--Peter, rock. Compare 2786.

See Greek 3037
See Greek 2786

Christ in you and we are also little pieces of the Rock and a member of His Body, His Church!

As so we will reflect Him.

By reflecting the image of Jesus Christ, by the beauty and holiness of their characters, by their continual self-denial and their separation from all idols, large or small, they reveal that they have learned in the school of Christ.

The Scripture says of Christ that grace was poured into His lips that He might "know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary" (Psalm 45:2; Isaiah 50:4). And the Lord bids us, "Let your speech be alway with grace" (Colossians 4:6) "that it may minister grace unto the hearers" (Ephesians 4:29).

1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1Jo 4:5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
1Jo 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
